One of the most significant discoveries of the last two centuries has been that everything in the universe is comprised of energy. Atomic structures that make up physical matter are more like energy fields, or events than objects. Each of these fields contains a subtle electromagnetic force, pushing and pulling the smaller components together. This applies to everything that we can see, touch, and hear.

Atoms themselves are mostly empty space, which means, if we could find a camera small enough, it could pass right through us as the human body is not really a solid physical object at that level.

Therefore, we should try to view the human body as an extremely complex network of energy fields that are reactive to other fields. This brings us to resonance.

If subatomic particles emit a certain measure of energetic vibration, the combined structures they form do as well. Whether animals, plants, humans, or a galaxy - all have a natural resonant frequency, a natural range of vibration. One common example of this is the Schumann Resonance¹, the natural frequency of Earth itself.

Regarding human vibrations, recent studies have shown that human electromagnetic frequencies, or bio-fields, are influenced by many things, such as; exposure to electronic devices, food and drink, music, other people, and our environment. Most importantly, we are also influenced by our emotions, words, and thoughts.
